Fashion Portfolio Terms and Conditions
By submitting for the Portfolio services, it is agreed by the Portfolio (Person or Vendor) for the below terms and conditions
PHOTOS
Good photos are highly recommended for effective promotion. Please provide a head-to-waist photo and full body photo with no sunglasses, no hats please and hair out which is high resolution. We can arrange a paid session with our professional photographer if required. Just let Fashion Portfolio know. Professional photos are not essential but due to the nature of the business, they will help in promotions.
CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT
Between Fashion Portfolio and You “Talent”
- Fashion Portfolio will act as an agent that provides a platform to showcase the Talents in obtaining performing various fashion roles from the hiring Client.
- The Talent shall opt for direct engagement with the Clients requirement or request Fashion Portfolio to be the agency with an additional fee of 20% from the client’s payment for engaging the Talent.
DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS:
“Client” means a client of Fashion Portfolio who seeks the service of the Talent for any role to their requirement.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. THE TALENT AGREES:
1.1. To display the portfolio of the Talents as per the website theme and design by Fashion Portfolio and which shall change along with the time.
1.2. To pay a yearly payment of Rs.1250/yearly and an additional 20% from the client’s payment if request Fashion Portfolio as an agency on their behalf.
1.3. Fashion Portfolio is authorized to negotiate roles on the Talent’s behalf and all such negotiations will be carried out through Fashion Portfolio if requested Fashion Portfolio is their agency to clients and
1.4. To authorize Fashion Portfolio to enter into agreements and sign contracts with Clients on behalf of the Talent.
2. PAYMENT
2.1. Talents agree to pay the yearly payment for Portfolio to the website in advance.
2.2. The amount paid for the portfolio is not refundable even if the Talent cancelled the Portfolio service before the paid duration of the service.
2.3. Fashion Portfolio shall collect the fee from the Client and deduct the commission and withholding tax before paying the balance to the Talent’s nominated bank account with back-to-back payment terms.
2.4. Fashion Portfolio shall pay the withheld tax to the government on the Talent’s behalf
2.5. Fashion Portfolio shall pay GST on all GST registered talent
2.6. It is the Talent’s responsibility to:
2.6.1 Supply an invoice if GST is registered.
2.6.2. Submit his or her tax & GST return to the Government Authority;
2.6.3. Complete Tax/GST submitted to Fashion Portfolio before payment can be made;
2.6.4. To sign job timesheets where required.
3. HOURS OF WORK
3.1. Hours of work vary depending on job requirements by the client and Fashion Portfolio holds no responsibility.
5. EXCLUSIVITY
5.1. The Talent acknowledges and agrees Fashion Portfolio will not be the responsible agency representing the Talent for any other agency projects.
6. CANCELLATION
6.1. Cancelation of the Portfolio service with a written request sent to the email reach@jijogroup.com and there is no refund at any duration of service.
